Lake District Remodel
A newly acquired home for a young growing family quickly turned from a modest kitchen expansion into a large scale remodel. The homeowners exhibited excellent design sensibility and Cardea worked closely to detail the cabinetry and interior trim details. Grant Gibson Design was called upon in order to assist the homeowner with creating a new contemporary interior design for the home. We reconstructed the interior layout by expanding the kitchen and formal dining room to create a more modern living space that fit the family's lifestyle. To maximize the home's common areas, we designed and built a large exterior deck and roof deck patio to visually and functionally connect the interior household with the exterior landscape.
